I think 3 hard sessions in a week including a race is enough HARD. 3 hard, 3 easy and one complete rest day. But everyone is different.

hard days must feel too hard and the easy days must feel too easy. Only when legs are fresh will you get a optimal workout.

FF, I ride with a lid, not because its the law, but because its safer. I didnt know that it was actually a legal thing as well. The reason I asked about the legal thing is the post man that comes round doesnt have a helmet, so if he falls can he sue the post office for not providing him with the correct safety equipment to do his job? Does the same apply to security guards? My garden guy cycles without a helmet, knowing that it is a legal thing I am going to buy him one. cool, because i met you and you seemed like a intelligent guy. I still want to speak to someone who doesnt wear a helmet to go into that logic.

Mr. Yellow Saddle built the wheel for me and I was very happy, but my chain dropped between my cassette at high speed. Almost all the spokes on the one side got damaged. Hope everything is sorted now. Glad that I wasnt overcharged, would like to stick to one bike shop.

all costs included. labour, spokes and they clean the filthy thing for my. Good job? time will tell. but thus far I am happy with the service. Had one spoke replaced last week and 6 km into my ride this weekend a different spoke popped. That after I asked the guy if he was SURE that the other spokes are not damaged as well. it is because it is a fairly flat race. Thus the groups time will greatly influenced by the couple of stongest guys working. The engen had small groups, thus greater variation between groups thus seeding could be done 'better'. Burger, MASSIVE groups, thus weaker riders rode with much stronger riders for very long and then after the bump just latched on the next group. Weak riders got relatively good times, thus time will be adjusted much more. Makes sense?
