I had a similar situation with a very irate female once in a shopping centre, and I just said to her, "Just because you speak to your husband (she had a wedding ring on) like that, dosent mean you can speak to me in the same way", needless o say she went fcuking mental on me!!!!

  7. My advise Slowy Slowy catch the monkey!!!! Let me elaborate, I am not the best racer, but I do ok. I generally start quite slow, then pick up the pace, and generally pass loads of people in the 2nd half of the race, then I try to finish very strong! This might not work for everybody, but it works for me.

  10. Prepsol and a little spray bottle, Job done. Then a wipe down with a little q20 on a dry rag (once bike is dry), lube chain, and your good to go!!

  16. I prefer a wet lube (like finish line green??) Wax lubes just don't seem t last as long. If you don't put on to much wet lube, your chain stays quite clean. I lube mine, then let it soak in, and wipe off excess with a rag. This seems to work for me. I once got 1952.4k's on one application........

  22. That bike looks way to clean. do they replace chain and cassette after each stage?
  23. also looks like he is missing a tooth on his larges gear on cassette...
