  1. Hi This is going to sound silly, but when I get a new bike the first thin I do is give the frame a really good coat of polish with a good quality car polish. I believe this goes a long way in protecting the paint work. I normally re-polish every 6 months. I have owned two giants and have never had any issues with the paint work.

  5. Not a big fan of felt (not that there is anything wrong with them), but that bike looks really sexy in a old school kind of way!

  8. HI Any vegetarian cyclists? Just wondering if the lack of meat would affect your athletic performance? Do you take any additional supplements? I am not trying to start any argument meat eaters vs non!

  12. Shop around. But from my experience, there should not be a huge difference in price between shops when it comes to frames.

I had a similar situation with a very irate female once in a shopping centre, and I just said to her, "Just because you speak to your husband (she had a wedding ring on) like that, dosent mean you can speak to me in the same way", needless o say she went fcuking mental on me!!!!

  19. My advise Slowy Slowy catch the monkey!!!! Let me elaborate, I am not the best racer, but I do ok. I generally start quite slow, then pick up the pace, and generally pass loads of people in the 2nd half of the race, then I try to finish very strong! This might not work for everybody, but it works for me.

  22. Prepsol and a little spray bottle, Job done. Then a wipe down with a little q20 on a dry rag (once bike is dry), lube chain, and your good to go!!
