LOL What a cow!!! I had a similar situation with a very irate female once in a shopping centre, and I just said to her, "Just because you speak to your husband (she had a wedding ring on) like that, dosent mean you can speak to me in the same way", needless o say she went fcuking mental on me!!!!

My advise Slowy Slowy catch the monkey!!!! Let me elaborate, I am not the best racer, but I do ok. I generally start quite slow, then pick up the pace, and generally pass loads of people in the 2nd half of the race, then I try to finish very strong! This might not work for everybody, but it works for me.

Why not repair your self. Just be Very careful when the air can comes off. There is lot on the net about it. Check this link google

Prepsol and a little spray bottle, Job done. Then a wipe down with a little q20 on a dry rag (once bike is dry), lube chain, and your good to go!!

I prefer a wet lube (like finish line green??) Wax lubes just don't seem t last as long. If you don't put on to much wet lube, your chain stays quite clean. I lube mine, then let it soak in, and wipe off excess with a rag. This seems to work for me. I once got 1952.4k's on one application........

That bike looks way to clean. do they replace chain and cassette after each stage?

also looks like he is missing a tooth on his larges gear on cassette...
