I recently did a pilates(spelling?) class. This is FANTASTIC for cycling core strength. The class was actually quite tough. I reckon if I could do that 2x a week through winter, you would come out with super core strength!!

The Giant is the better bike IMHO!

I think the crossmark is a faster heavier more reliable Tyre (punctures). The nobby nic probably more grippy. For the EC were I live, I would probably say Cross Mark

I have spent about R1500 without any issues. I find it helps to usually do a search on there post, to find out what time of person they are. You can tell a lot about a person when u read all there posts!!!

I thought the fog ones are useless if it is very windy(read East London - windy all the time), or i you are up wind, and the "spray" blows back on you?

I have also noticed that, but I think its go to do with geometry of the bike.
