  1. Hiers 'n blommetjie net om die hartseer mense op die draad te laat beter voel
  2. Voel jy nou beter?
  3. Yep, the term used by the surgeon on call was ISM (in sy moer). piece that broke off cracked in 2.
  4. I'm 172 MTB is a medium. I have both 54cm and 52cm Road bike and I much prefer riding the smaller road bike.
  5. Yep some additional titanium
  6. Thanks, was a fairly bad break due to an idiot pedestrian and her ******* cellphone Lucky to have full mobility, was very religious to my physio program. I was back to zwift 10 days post op, and outside at 6 weeks. Only hit some singletrack at around 10 weeks (but I'm still nervous now at 15 weeks)
  7. anyhow back on topic my prep has been crap. broken collerbone, crap weather, work and a loss of mojo. my partner and I have at least agreed to make it a "funride" aka zone2 all the way.
  8. there's enough experts on the hub nowadays that know everything about everything, so the old crowd rather stays offline drinking beers and riding bikes
  9. Thanks for showing me around your valley again @Vetseunalways a treat joining you and your crew for a bit of suffering (At least you know all the lekker koffie stops)

  16. my main issue with whoosh is the graphics They have these moerse system requirements, but the graphics isn't that great. Zwift at least has the option for you to reduce graphics etc. to make your device work better But as you say, pricing is not ideal
  17. I'll stick with zwift for now
  18. Whoosh Take 3 Tested again on android (xiaomi pad - an itch that finally got scratched, but that's a different story) Works great. But shorts me on distance and time, but that's OK my garmin collects the numbers for training peaks. Erg works great on the neo although not as quick to get in the zone as zwift. I won't recommend it for free rides though. O ja, I don't like the fact that the strava map is out in the Atlantic ocean somewhere, but I suppose its the right thing to do with it being a virtual ride
  19. that's a directx error run this file to install/fix ........MyWhoosh2.8.1(169)\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us
  20. My personal laptop is a little outdated to run this, and my work laptop anti virus software won't allow me to install.
  21. In my experience, once you pop you can't stop. have a decent wheel builder replace all the spokes and nipples
  22. glad to hear you got sorted
  23. Wasn't impressed (but I suspect my crappy android phone is the problem) I did a 45min ride, but the app only gave me a 25min elapsed time. Setting up and linking to TP and strava was a breeze. I'll install the windows version, do workout and update my "review"
  24. absolute class
  25. Why are you charging from the grid??? by ticking the grid box, you are telling your system to charge batteries from both solar and the grid, which means it's 50/50 split. And you use the grid to charge your batteries at night. Suggest you; untick the grid box (you can change that when you have overcast days and need to supplement in the event of loadshedding) check you load priority setting change your SOC requirements according to usage (see mine as an example) very experimental and you need to adjust to your needs. Remember when you have grid power and battery (no loadshedding) the system only uses battery up the selected SOC and then switches over to grid only (unless there is something coming in from the PV, which you are blocking by charging from the grid) the load priority setting is on the same screen, just select the "system 2" tab at the top
