  5. Just got myself one, not fitted yet so I can't comment on accuracy etc. But kudos to the team at https://sigeyi.co.za/ Order paid 08:38 on 4 May 2023, delivered to my door at 12:08 on 5 May 2023. I got them to fit the chainring and I reckon the weight is very respectable.
  6. ZAR 719.99 for an annual subscription. (plus whatever you pay for your vpn)
  7. I have a "normal meter" with zero export selected, but installer reckons he doesn't trust the settings so we err on the side of caution. But I'm going to lower my trickle to 20 to see what happens. Our municipality charges me a connection fee irrespective of my usage, but in any case still use some eksdom, as I run a higher SOC at night just in case and my aircon goes through units like its free, but it's summer and its hot and I like sleep.
  8. What's your grid trickle feed setting? Installer told me to keep it at 30, so I'll never have zero import, unless there's loadshedding/outage
  9. In 2021 sometime, I asked @Matt about an ignore button for the classifieds, similar to the one in the forums. He indicated it was in the planning, but I suspect the idea got dropped. I scroll adds for bargains or something specific I need, with the amount of dealer listings it becomes a pain the ass to filter through all the over-priced (sometimes re-listed) dealer "specials". The problem with current filter options is that you exclude all dealers, which is not always what you want as some dealers actually know what they are doing and offer real bargains, hence ignore the dealers which imo add zero value.
  10. Jy moet mos weet... The projectile type described by @FirstV8, is not technically a firearm and does not require a license. BUT the "bullet" it uses contains a primer and powder, which, in my humble opinion, falls squarely in the definition as per firearms control act. So you need to be licenced based on use of primers. The Byrna uses co2 and pepper balls (looks like paintball pellets) and does not produce power outside of the minimum "standards" (caliber, joule, velocity etc) as per the regs and therefore requires no license. Edit: off topic! werksmans has a nice article on the use of AI in the legal profession
  11. What do you guys use for rimtape? (I use gorilla tape on my MTB, but it's too thick for the road bike)
  12. You reckon it'll stop my avid juicy resin pads from sqeeuling?
