  1. Link doesn't seem to be working [emoji22]
  2. Looks a bit pointless. Think I am just going to renew my CSA membership directly. See how it develops and sign up next year (if it is still around)

  4. Using the gsc10 and seems to work fairly well. Standard ANT+ so works fine with my powertap joule GPS
  5. Make sure that you get the right steerer on the fork. Entry level often come with 1 1/8 steerer and a lot of higher end forks come in the option 1 1/8 or tapered.
  6. When I first saw this I thought it was awesome idea, then there were the vehicle recalls due to faulty (exploding) airbag inflators ....
  7. Put a cable tie around one of the stanchions, just tight enough that it doesn't just slide up and down without being pushed. Push the cable tie down to the seal. Carefully get onto the bike without putting too much weight onto the fork, get off in the same way. Measure how far the cable tie has moved, should be about 20 to 25% of your forks travel.
  8. Been using a boot mounted rack on my Polo Classic for almost 2 years without a problem. Have heard many a horror story of roof racks and people forgetting their height clearance. Tow bar I think is the ideal, but some of us don't have the budget for that. Found that once I got the hang of mounting the rack, it doesn't take too long, but I still mount it the night before when I am going to make an early start.
  9. Agree with you, with two exceptions, wheels and tyres
  10. I usually put the wheel on it's side over a bucket for a while and then the other side, to seal sidewalls and rim
  11. Which Suntour. The Raidon needs the whole cartridge replaced from what I have seen.
  12. Heal up soon. Doubt you will ever hear or see that chick again. When she sobered up she would probably have realized how much *** she wild be in if she went further with it. Maybe tell your mates to keep an eye out for the car with broken mirror and get it's details.
  13. This has been brought up before. I think we are all big enough to make our own choices. I have seen cases where helmets have saved people from serious injury. Helmets won't protect you from everything, but do definitely help in many scenarios. I always prefer to ride with a helmet and gloves.
  14. Have you checked your limiter screws?
  15. Enjoyed the Cyclocross today, but saw quite a few people suffered with thorns.
  16. Sounds like your freehub. Best to take it to your local bike shop.

  18. Is the axle not a bit too wide for your chain stays?
  19. Discovery vitality subscription for Bicycling and Zinio for Ride. IMB is also nice to read and is free.
