    Please add me to the I group. I'm in H but will drop back for a group ride. Last year did a 3h33 solo. Suffered in steyn city. Hoping for low 3 hour. Did 2h53 emperors, 3h10 tour durban and 3h09 race for victory. Am not a climber but can pull the group on flats and gentle inclines.

    So I'm trying to visualise looking for a saddle sore, in a mirror, trying to coordinate left and right movements. Nee man. You could have come up with a better explanation. Like filling gel capsules with liquid bicarb.

    October will be 3 years for me. Lungs still cry for oxygen on the hills. Will it get better, don't know and doesn't seem like it from what I get online. 18 years heavy smoking killed my lungs. But nearly 8000km of cycling since kicking the habit has given me a few more years when I'm old. That's all that matters now.

    Put on a wolverine on my front replacing a maxxis crossmark. It is tight on my ZTR flow rim. The thing is it seems to puncture very easily even with small thorns. have been sprayed with sealant a few times. Hope never to get a irrepairable puncture and try to put on a tube. Screwed. Wont be using a wolverine again

    Got dragged along with kids yesterday to watch it. The kids talked for 1 minute about it after leaving the movie. It's forgotten now. They still talk about big hero 6 Paddington story of bringing the bear into human society not well scripted. Like nobody noticed there is a talking bear.

    Any idea of what damage smoking has done to your lungs. And will it ever recover. I smoked for 18 years and probably smoked more than 20 a day for at least 10 years. Saw some graphs off Google that shows I may have lost as much 20 % of lung capacity. Kills me on the hills. Always battling on them

    Tendulkar 15921 runs and 51 hundreds in 200 matches Kallis 13289 runs and 45 hundreds in 166 matches Kallis short by 2632 runs to be scored in 34 matches meaning he would need to score only 78 per match(2 innings) to pass Tendulkar by which time he wild have scored more 100's

    Statistically, Kallis has a better test record than Tendulkar. On phone so can't copy and paste but had Kallis played the same number of tests as Tendulkar, he would have surpassed both runs and test 100's
