Statistically, Kallis has a better test record than Tendulkar. On phone so can't copy and paste but had Kallis played the same number of tests as Tendulkar, he would have surpassed both runs and test 100's

I lost a 5kgs in a month. Down to 88kg for 1.83m. Never lost that much ever. Took off about 40 minutes from my best 50km mtb race times. I'm no racing snake but 2hr40 for 50km I attribute to the Tim Noakes diet. Level of training is the same. Have not been to doctor to check cholesterol yet. Was high 6's a year ago. Stopped statins and will go and test in a few weeks.

Apparently a false story.

Install xbmc on your laptop. Get sportsdevil, mashup, navix addons. All channels available. You can even output to a TV. Or get a droid TV box with xbmc installed and do the same. Quality of the streams not the greatest but I watch on a 46 inch TV and don't mind the quality. Better than paying R750 for 4 hours of racing a month

Everybody was saying it was a great race. It was an artificial finish created by the safety car. Without that it was just another F1 race. Hammy had a 9 or so sec lead before the safety car and Rosberg had 30 seconds on the guy I third. They pulled 22 seconds I those final 10 laps. If other teams don't catch up which is unlikely as the engines are sealed, going to be a boring race to the title
