Thanks Kranswurm, I emailed people in Israel. Passport is about the biggest reason for looking at Israel - one of the few countries that don't require visa's for SA's. (...long story..passports full.. can wait up to 6 months when ordered via embassy...)

Hi Anyone with recent (or historic) experience of MTB in Israel or Jordan? Just an idea at this stage, but safety/routes are unclear. If you do Mont Ventoux and are on a budget - this campsite is cheap and bathrooms was clean. Go for the area under the pine trees. There is basically everything you would need (washing machines, barbecue area etc) except a pool: Le Pastory Map: Map The area to the South, eg Gordes is nice to cycle. EDIT: beware of the nudist campsite outside Bedouin For Spain, MTB the Al Camino with the other half. (Only from Leon to Santiago De Compostella if you have 4-5 days) Best holiday ever with my wife in terms of relaxing and quality time - and it is cheap to sleep, eat and drink red wine.

Did I bribe the CT concrete delivery scheduler to ensure my construction site kept on schedule when my concrete supply ..err.. dried up - hell yes, for no other reason than financial benefit - it affected my performance bonus. For sure that make me corrupt, no way I can blame the scheduler or things I smoked against my own will.

Only thing I read is that you don't want to be part of it, but it is the group pressure that make you do it.

Hi I'm installing a compact groupset on a carbon frame that has a fixed front derailleur hanger. The problem is that even in the lowest position in the vertical slot of the hanger, the gap between the biggest chainring and hanger is 3-4mm, while the recommened gap is 1mm. Except for (carefully) filing the slot lower, any alternatives or other people that had this issue? thanks
