You got to realize the weather is crap around most of SA so the guys have got to take their frustrations out somewhere. But seriously you will not find a stiffer and smoother fork than the Lefty. More maintenance definitely, but worth it.

This should sort it out. You can't push the pistons all the way in unless you remove the pads first.

Have a look at www.bikejames.com. There are some kettlebell exercises that are very good for strengthening your core.

I've put them in a bit of methylated spirits before and set it alight and let it burn for about 15 - 20 seconds. This will burn off any contaminant. Has worked for me.

Go for the Lobo, a bit more space for bombs, energy bars, spare tubes, e.t.c.

You have to ride the Harkerville Red route. Really awesome trail. I try do it at least once a year.

92km is too far for a 13 year old. Rather let him do the shorter distance and try for a top 20 finish.

I was run over by a motorist in 2007. My helmet was smashed. I do not want to know what my head would have looked like without it. I actually think it saved my life. And I almost never wore it for that ride as I was just going for a short +- 8km training ride.

Always had great service from CRC. Only once received the incorrct item, ordered a Truvativ Stylo crank and received a Truvativ Noir Carbon crank. I didn't complain much though.

Sounds like the "wheelbuilder" who fixed the wheel dished it slightly, like a back wheel. Take it back and let them correct it.
