    Hi Just wanting to know if anyone knows what the process is for substitutions.I know there is a R200 cost involved. Seem to think it can only be done at race registration now as all other cut off dates have passed. Furthermore does one get seeded with substitition or is that a seprate matter / cost ?

    I have a Cycleops Hammer H2 it came with two through axle end caps and two 9mm quick release end caps, one simply replaces the 9mm quick release end caps with the 12mm through axle through axle caps and the frame fits straight on. They just screw on one or off. I would assume the wahoo would follow a similar process. I have a Vipa frame like yours and have had no issues.

    I use android with Bluetooth dongle connected to pc. Its pretty straight forward you connect smart trainer , heart rate etc to your phone and then pair your phone with your with your pc. Then open zwift on your phone and then open zwift in your pc it twill then pair your trainer to your pc via the phone app

    Yes would think it would be very tough , personally haven't worked up the courage yet to try hold FTP for a hour on a IDT a yet

    Yes this would appear to be the case. By the time the new models are actually released my money has been spent elsewhere
