  1. Yeah it looks like you are correct, interesting that the 920 and RC had the same colour frame for that year. The 920 was a carbon frame but had pretty basic spec from what I recall, I figured the groupset was an upgrade from stock.
  2. I see a black and green one in the pics...
  3. Its a 2016 Spark 920. I recall deciding between that and an Anthem at the time.
  4. Thanks for the tip. I read through his site, seems like he was a really nice guy. Did you make the recess tool and jam chucks when you made your set?
  5. Have you seen these? http://www.mrwoodturner.co.za/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=42_160&products_id=1109 Super useful if you are going to be producing a lot of mills.
  6. Your quality of work is just amazing, that bench is a thing of beauty!! I saw the videos and the wagon vise works perfectly.
  7. Very cool! I wanted to make some but it would have meant buying some weirdly sized forstner bits that I wouldnt use for anything else. How are you handling all of the inner dimensions? dedicated MT2 mill cutter?
  8. Haha! yeah look I never miss a chance to throw in some AvE references! I couldnt figure a good way to get angry pixies in there, but the wood elves and tree carcasses is always a fan favourite.
  9. Looks like its been treated to a few hot suppers over its time, probably still got plenty of chooch left in it though. Those brushed motorbs are quite difficult to kill. I hear Rotorua has amazing trails, good excuse to get a ride in.
  10. I have been involved in major software rollouts for a really long time, one of the things I have noticed is that some users go through a similar process to the grief process when a system changes! It can be really daunting and causes a lot of anger and frustration. I also know that in follow up checks that I did 30 days after go-live that the most vocal people against the new system/layouts/changes would not be willing to go back to the old system as they were now used to the new and it was indeed better. I guess what Im trying to say is, give it some time, its actually pretty good and it has some nice new features. Now if only @Matt would implement that dark theme then all would be well.
  11. I cant seem to clear the notifications that pop up at the bottom of the screen when using Chrome on Windows 10. I click the x but it just pops up the same thing again and the loop continues. Anyone else experiencing that?
  12. Back button on your browser?
  13. I saw in a recent Scott Brown video how bare the shelves in Placemakers are. The Americans are really crying about the prices, I like to think of the increases as giving the rest of the world a taste of what living in Africa is like Prices here are always super volatile.
  14. Software rollouts are no fun at all. Its always great when you havent slept in 48 hours and have to make a go/no-go call.
  15. I think it actually pops up in realtime depending on the type of device they are using. @Pure Savage
  16. curl -iLvO https://forum.bikehub.co.za | /dev/null Not that it would do anything, but it would at least fit your username
  17. I feel like I should be tagging you in all future posts... for science. @Patchelicious
  18. So any chance you will implement a dark theme along with these upgrades? Its pretty jarring going from my all dark themed desktop to suddenly burning my eyes out on the all white background... The 90's called and asked if they can have their colour scheme back ????
  19. Interesting, I got mine in 98 too and its an EB, I didnt ask for that, it just came that way.
  20. This I find very interesting, if the FCC ID is the same then as you say, the electronics are the same. Werent there a bunch of issues with the Vectors?
  21. I also wondered about that when the video came out. Diresta is normally into practical things, but it was really just a veiled advertisement for their coffee.
  22. I would only consider Hammerite or Rustoleum for applications like this. Its mad how much of a difference there is between cheaper spray paints and good quality like Rustoleum.
  23. I saw that recently, welcome! Lots of really helpful people on this forum, its a great place to be.
  24. Tander from MyBB?
  25. I was also going to suggest the Triton, its particularly good if you want to use it in a router table as it has its own depth adjustment so you dont need to get a plate with that built in. I have a Triton belt sander and its worked super hard without ever skipping a beat.
