  1. You right I do have my wires crossed - apologies. Will give you a wave when I see you and your clan at your Friday coffee stop. 'Kaze Pete has moved to the sticks. You Frosty, you just in the next City but I often see you in my City
  2. You logging double the data ? You wanted to move to the sticks - now you have no smoothies. You could always do a ride to the closest VA and get a smoothie or 2.
  3. We'll have to start a separate thread for Vitality bartering Swap coffee vouchers for smoothie ones (I don't drink coffee) A few coffee / smoothie vouchers for the shopping rewards (whatever they maybe) Guess nobody will be giving up the holiday (if the win it).
  4. From Vitality: You’re one goal away from a goal streak! You have three days to go to hit your third consecutive goal to be one of the first in South Africa to earn a surprise reward. If you achieve your fitness goal streak this week, you’ll be able to spin the Vitality Active Rewards wheel on Wednesday, 11 October for a surprise reward. Surprise rewards range from coffees, smoothies and shopping rewards to dream international holidays including 7 days in Mauritius or return flights to Australia and New Zealand. Who else will be spinning next week ?
  5. So glad to hear that so many people are out. I'm IN !!!! The only thing that I already don't do is class workouts but that's easy enough to do. As a roadie I have very little interest in doing the Epic (and everybody would laugh at my MTB) but if I'm able to sell the entry then it's all good (obviously will have to win it 1st).
  6. Maybe they gave you major points for having the baby Might have even got triple points if it was a natural birth For me the new APP is working. My rewards are loading, the digital cards are loading. Seems they've done away with the function where you can see how many points you got for an activity (think it was called Activity racking ???)
  7. Now it's completely up to the individual. They only thing is that if the individual doesn't achieve their target for week then the 2nd smoothie (surprise prize) is out the window for the next 2 weeks until they achieve their targets 3 weeks in a row again. (that's the way I understand it).
  8. and that is exactly what they want (will also benefit you).
  9. surprise reward, which gives you the opportunity to win coffees and smoothies, shopping rewards, gadgets and even dream international holidays (the shopping rewards, gadgets and holidays are probably going to be very few) I think that it will just roll, hence the team rewards only stop at the end October. If you meet your goal every week you'll still get 2 x rewards (coffee or smoothies) but if you miss a week then you'll probably only get the 2nd coffee / smoothie on the 3rd week again.
  10. So now the rewards are just up to you the individual ? On the email they also say that soon we'll be able to add an unlimited number of friends to compete against. So competition to get people moving... I see that it's a lot faster to get to the actual reward than it was before. Maybe it's because they deleted all my digital cards.
  11. How will it be positive if your team never achieves it's goal ?
  12. Hopefully they read my complaints here last week and have fixed their crap app with the update. My friends have been shuffled around and their photos only appear sometimes. Nothing too serious though.
  13. What's your plan with the wind this year G ? You seem to be the master of making race routes with a serious wind factor. Can you please be kind to us fun riders ? Will even buy you a cup of coffee at your Friday spot.
  14. The problem with Discovery is that they have too much happening. Their website is pretty much the same. To find anything specific is normally a mission. All the info is there but to find it
  15. I just wish they'd fix their crap app. That is a real piece of shyte !!!!!!
  16. Seeing that there's so much money to be made here, do you think a re-match is already on the cards ? Maybe McGregor kicks Mayweather and hes disqualified in the 7th round and the official talk of the re-match can start. After all this is all about the MONEY
  17. A nice show to make a lot of money for some people and then there'll be a re-match to milk it again. Some promoter had a very good idea and it's coming together.
  18. I got 600 points for the Audax obviously I tried 3 times harder than you (which explains a lot)
  19. I'm with you here but won't be at the cradle on Sunday. Will stick to my side but with all the rain predicted I might just stay in bed.
  20. Hi, The team captain is busy with it. Pretty sure he would have email Racetec don't know who specifically though. Don't think they've responded yet as he hasn't updated us. How did your results go wrong ? From our side Racetec hasn't posted results for 5 of our team members, it's like they weren't even there. Suppose Racetec will have to make sure they started and that they went over the mat after the feeding zone and then at the end again.
  21. 8 of us went over the line, Racetec only registered 4 of us and then the last 2 team members which were like an hour behind. 1 guy had to pull out with a knee problem the other 5 have no times what so ever. We made sure the 3 ladies in our team went over the mats before the 6th person (3rd guy) but chip never registered. I gave 1 of my bottles to one of the ladies in our team as she had finished all the fluids, I had enough to get me to the water point but when I got there and their was no water / coke .
  22. We also had a great day out on the bikes. Had a small crash in our team which dampened our spirits a bit. Managed the climb with my 39/25 Racetec have also messed up our teams results. Half the team has no results. My only major GRIPE is that when we got to Water Point 4 (just after mine shaft) there was absolutely nothing to drink, no water, no coke, no f0k all. Our team planned to re-group there and refill our bottle which ended up being a major stuff up. Saw some guys at the bottom near that garage looking for a tap. That was terrible PPA !!!!!! Hopefully they have it on the same weekend next year and we'll be back. The organisers also make the race sound so difficult but it's completely manageable. Got to about 130km with 1200m of climbing - 94.7 is harder than that (94km with 1200m climbing) The next 47km do get tough but the mine shaft peaks at 16% and is about 800m long, the zig zag before the mine shaft is also tough, some found that harder than the mine shaft. Pity L'Etape was scheduled for the same weekend otherwise there would have been a bigger field. PPA please plan the water points properly and make sure that water point 4 (which is the most important WP) is properly stocked !!!!
