I had a Kickr Snap 1 and that poor trainer was put through hell during lockdown. Two us us putting in a few hours a day. After a while it started misreading the power / watts but after some searching in YouTube I found the reason, the optical sensor needed a clean. After it was cleaned it worked 100% again. Now I have a Kickr 3 and have only had good km. I've never dealt with the local agents.

If no device is picking up the strap then it's time for a new one (seeing that it's got a new battery) Try a different strap and see if the 810 picks it up, if it does then you know that it isn't the unit.

Some of it is up now. I managed to sync my activities through Garmin Express. Another day or 2 and it will be back to normal.

You can send it to Garmin for repair but they'll just offer you an exchange. Used to be about R2500.00 and you got a new Edge 520 (might be the 530 now).

I wipe it with a rag and then use a compressor to blow any remainder away. Leave it for a few minutes so it can dry, then apply lube. I'd guess that if you don't have a compressor you could just wipe it with a rag and then leave it to dry for a few minutes, making sure it's dry before applying lube.

Just keep in mind that the Apple TV only allows for 2 x Bluetooth connections. In theory you'll need at least 3 connections (Trainer, Cadence, HR) This might vary from trainer to trainer. The newly released Wahoo gadgets cater for this shortfall. Reviews say that navigating Zwift with the Apple TV remote are a nightmare. Originally I also investigated the Apple TV option but the decided to use a NUC which works like a bomb. If you buy it new it's way more expensive than an Apple TV but there's always good 2nd hand option on Facebook Marketplace.

I's suggest you either way for the Neo 2 (there's one for sale in the classifieds section) or you go for a Kickr. The Flux has terrible reviews.

For me FNB (eBucks) is much better. Also easier to get to level 5. I've been between level 4 and 5 depending on how the month goes. I don't have a Bond or any type of Insurance with FNB. A Cheque Account and a Credit Card. I'm pretty sure that Discovery is now being run by the ANC and they using their marketing company to feed people bull****.

That might work for somebody with a lot of patients but since I have none it doesn't even feature in the equation. Next year they'll just change that and give less points but tell everybody that it's far better. I'm also pretty sure that they've crunched some numbers and confirmed that an "x" amount of members will leave before the 5 years are up and loose their points. Ja no they've screwed us good and proper - AGAIN !!! Even when they converted from the old points system to the Miles they screwed us out of a pile of money. There was way more value (for us) in the previous points system.

I don't have a problem with the pictures being big but an option to change the number of ads on a page would be nice. At this stage there's about 10 ads and then you have to move to the next page. Matt, you have to put a button to go back to the 1st page !!! Showing the amount of pages will also be great but that button to first page is more important.

Oh ok, so in 30 days the location will be back to normal. Please can you put that button back to go from whatever page back to the first page. It's a real pain on the mobile version. On the PC version one can still change the page number on the address bar but on the mobile version it's a bit more painful.

IMO the new version is missing some of the friendly features. Feels a bit like Gumtree Can no longer go from page 5 (etc) to the first page at a click of a button Can no longer see the city in which the seller is situated I preferred to have the date when the ad was posted instead of "3 weeks ago" Previously All Categories were listed in 1 block now it's a bit more of a mission. I think my bank account is happy with the update as I probably won't be spending so much time in the classifieds.

Also use GP4000 for racing Gators for training but sometimes I also use other brands

Agree with that. We almost had a problem at the Maluti when 1 of our ladies had a mechanical. At such a late stage you also need a lady from CT or that's there. No time to book plane tickets, etc. Good Luck !!!!
