I have Ikon front and back. Not to heavy and my rear tire done 4000km and I think I can get another 500km out of it. About 300km was done on tar. Puncture protection is very good. The grip in the wet might be a problem.

I have pick between the 100 miler and the gravel travel 65km. I have not done any of them, so I need input from hubbers who had done both. Fitness is not a problem. I know thr GT is more technical than the 100 miler. What would you choose and why Thanks

When my wife was still cycling I put here through a short mechanical course. Every evening when she watched tv she had to take out a wheel from the bike take out the tube and put it back. Later she did it in under 5 minutes. When she got a flat on the road she was able to fix it herself. When she was out training I knew she was ok.

Die groupset sluit in shifters rd en fd, cluster en ketting die remme is swart record titanium. Ek vat nie die crank nie, want dit is bb30 en ek kan dit nie gebruik nie. Die Rd en Fd het al carbon insetsels. Die groupset is in n baie goei toestand sonder merke. Wat dink julle moet n mens betaal vir die groupset. Dankie

I broke 3 eggbeaters sets, all broke on the same place, but I wont use anything else. I only changed from eggbeater 2 to 1, because they cost less and do not last any longer.
