3 MTB...2 dual, 1 hardtail and way too many spares!!

My mate had been having the same problem, every time we were riding down hills when he pulled it, it would shudder...He took it over 5 times to our lbs to "bleed" the brakes and change the pads, but nothing worked...He fianlly gave up and has just put hopes on.

It also depends on the frame you want to buy...Frames and sizes are different, get the guys to test you out on the bike you want to buy!!

Hi Short legs...I am in that buisness!! Core training on the ball is best done by doing exercises that use your abdominals!! i.e crunches/obliques/bridge/stability exercises on the ball
