    My 30hour badge also not showing since I completed it yesterday. I've resync'd it numerous times. This was one cool challenge, thanks guys! All mileage and hours done on my MTB.

    I ride these trails 3/4 times a week, 50% solo.

    Yes, it's safe. I ride at least once a week solo on these trails.

    I'm at 3.82w/kg. FTP: 20min. (Weight 68kg.) Had an 12% increase in 8 weeks.

    Started using Carbo Fuel about a month ago and used the Marathon on two long training rides. Highly recommended and my favorite so far, as I've tried a couple of other brands over the last year. The natural flavor taste great!
