  2. I have'nt done the race, but if you have'nt had any issues with your larsens, I would'nt change them. One thing I would recomend, you should probably be running tubeless, as I think that part of the world, there are a zillion thorns. Other than that just take a spare tube or 2 and some bombs
  3. I was told the weight is 11.8kg without pedals, but to be honest I have'nt weighed it. go to www.rushsports.co.za and speak to andre. They in martizburg, but there is a rep up here.

  8. So Im new to this world of dual sus, as well as an air fork upfront. Im looking for some pointers on what pressures to run both back and front. I have a fox shock pump, which seems to do the trick. Im just not sure if Im running the correct pressures. I weigh 90kg's if that helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
  9. You are correct. That is the problem up here. So im gonna go somewhere where there are less camps like diepsloot, and hopefully ride in peace. The solution is to not ride near them, but diepsloot is freakin massive, and no matter how much u try avoid it when riding that part of the world, its pretty much impossible.
  10. Probably would have bought it before then Hopefully even by the time the weekend ends. Know of any jobs for newly qualified CA's? Need to start looking now.???????
  11. This is all helping with my decision to move capewards next year. I rode alone every day while in Plett and never once felt unsafe. Its just up here that there is this k@k. Sure it happens elsewhere, but now its become a weekly fixture.
  12. Hey PTA boys. Im working in PTA for the next 2 weeks in sunnyside and would love to organise a ride at GRoenies. Do you guys ride there before/after work??
  13. I think they are great bikes. A few issues for me though 1. No stock at the moment 2. When spending so much money, Im inclined to go for the popular choice, in that I mean not magura and not the in house shock. However, they are fantastic bikes, they really just dont have my size!
  14. phoned the guys at rush sports. Seemed pretty helpfull. Im still waiting for my email with specs though!! I will test drive a morewood this weekend, and if all goes well take it home with me Those morewoods are gorgeous machines, always thought so, and they proudly RSA.
