surely there is a REASON why HGH is naturally depleting in the body from a certain age onwards?? why mess with that natural cycle?? Just HOW LONG do you want to live?? 80yrs? 120yrs long enough? or 150 yrs ?

This is just as good for the sport of cycling as the drugs debacle is bad for the sport... at the very least it creates awareness to the dangers that motor vehicles cause for cyclists... perverted, but true...

Also funny - i have not seen any mentioning of the group /company that took on the USPostal team ? (I think?) for riuning the image of the sport...half-heard the story on radia this AM...

My main worry is doping in high school sport....have you guys actually SEEN the size of laaities that train in the gyms???

I took up bodyweight training...best thing ever for my cycling.....improved my core muscles; strenghtened my legs....improved my supleness... list goes on and on...AND no more sore back on long rides!!

Agree...what the use of that??? A chainlink should be designed to be assembled /dissaaembled on the roadside/ trackside... Who carries set of pliers with them on a ride?? So, KNC it will be. I'm VERY happy wiff the 9spd chainlinks...I think they are SRAM (those gold jobbies??) ones... but as I understand, the 10spd ones are a totally new ball game...

I saw (3 weeks back in Lourensford) some animal spoor on one of the paths we were riding on....on closer inspection it looked like those of some baboons hauling ass....followed by what looked like deep spoor of a persuing leopard.....all etched in the muddy track...was quite cool to notice....not to mention the slithering spoor of what must have been a pretty large snake!! All this is possible when you actually ride slowly and take notice of the environment around you!! No use to just fly around at 100km's /hr and miss out on what mother naure have to show you!!

This is then perhaps the ideal & correct platform to "educate" trail runners i.e. make them aware of the various MTB trails procols...? Sensitize them in a constructive manner...
