It normally takes a day or 2 before the juice starts fermenting. They basically stopped fermentation by probably adding some preservative or some other way. Effectively they just added a small bit of juice to lower cost bulk wine and stuffed that into a bottle. That is what I call anyway thinking of the timespan they had

If you look at what they claim the RRP of the bushido should be then the powerbeam is actually a bit cheaper. He had to choose between the powerbeam and the tacx I vortex. Apart from the 90% bad reviews on the net about tacx backup and software issues, your computer needs a super dooper graphix card as well. For me the powerbeam was a no brainer

What is this guy's stats with regards to height and weight? He looks short but seems to carry a lot of muscle. Can't be too lite then. Refreshing to see someone like that be 1 of the best climbers other than the normal 45kg odd bulimic case

Thanks Rouxtjie! Sent my external off to Dave this morning for some routes. Did a route somewhere in Portland this afternoon. 1st time I spent 1h25m on a trainer and it did not bother me at all. Amazing how much more effort you put in without realizing. Had a 159bpm avg afterwards

Cycleops Powerbeam Pro Busy downloading some Alp routes now. Also uploaded some of my preferred local loops from strava. Makes ride any terrain indoors. It is extremely impressive

Picked up my powerbeam this morning. Played around a bit and tomorrow morning I will have my 1st custom 1hr interval session. What do you guys prefer at this stage, custom sessions or routes? If routes pls share some favorites? Just 1 question: I am currently on the 2 week trial session. Is there a limited nr of routes I can upload in this period? Do you have to be subscribed to access your custom workout sessions or do routes you download yourself? Thanks
