I collected it yesterday, but haven't had a chance to fiddle with it yet. The edges are rough, so may need a bit of sanding down for the light to slide on and off easily.

My first reaction would be to check if there is a washer behind the cassette. But that wouldn't make the problem come and go.

Do you ride an ebike ? If so, be sure to ebike specific chain lube. If you have a 'normal' bike. That ebike lube will be even better... Johan Bornman (old Hubber) used to advocate the use of motor oil on chains. Those were always fun threads to follow...

As a pain killer, I would imagine that TT's were faster because they didn't feel the burn and could push harder. Performance enhancing, from that point of view.

We managed to scrape 12 riders together and bagged an entry. Cannot wait!
