Ya ChrisF I agree . BUT , I have bought in to the Multiply story , and like LWB take full advantage of the discounts and benefits . I currently get 60% discount on life premiums , R 1300.00 per month paid into my Medical savings account as well as all the discounts via Garmin , Cycle Lab , Mango etc . I also try jump through all the hoops as early as possible , and this year only need to go to TWT still . If you commit ,and work the system , it benefits big time . My 2c worth .

I am quite happy to see Aru on the team . Hopefully he can find some of his old form . The feeling I get is that this team is kind of going back to it's roots , and I hope as a result they get some good race results next year .

Hi Peevee , I am 1,85m tall and ride a 58 Tarmac SL 6 . Fits me like a glove . My seat height from middle of BB to top of the seat is 78cm .

On a serious note John , Is Matt Beers still riding ? Is there any possibility of him getting to Europe ? Would love to see him on a bigger stage than SA .

Lots of bolts come from the bike factory with BLUE loctite . Handlebar stem bolts , brake disc bolts , rotor bolts , but all manufacturers still give recommended torque settings as well .

SV , one of my mates has one and he said lets try a chain and cassette to see how clean it comes . I can tell you it is without doubt the BEST I have ever seen a used chain and cassette looking . 15 minutes at about 55 degrees . It even sounded quieter . Once or twice a year I will certainly take my chain and cassette to him for some true love .

Very happy to see Gibbons in the team . I hope they get a stage win , and I hope it is by Gibbons , but he will need some luck to win . One thing is for sure , he will do the jersey proud . Good luck to NTT !!
