  1. Yip, I believe that Shimano is so forward thinking that they have had a patent on a 14 speeds system since 1986...................and look where we are now only. These guys know what they are doing.......I for one is very eager to see what and when they get new stuff out........My Shimano stuff is the best and have never ever given me any problems what so ever.
  2. Guys, you need to ask yourself why Shimano has not followed the trends to go the carbon crank route..................It's really very simple, upto a while back carbon was simply not as rigid and light as what the Dura Ace crank set was............ They have been playing arounf with carbon cranks from the early 90's so even though they might not have them in production versions they have been doing their homework............and I can bet you all money that when they go this route their product will be class leading and unlike any other on the market currently
  3. Hmmmmm, I can't fit anything between my helmet and my skul.......my head's to big...........no seriously...... I have a size 65 which is the largest Giro helmet they make......if I put it on I can't even clip it tighter with the harness in the back.....I have to leave it fulle extended. So far I'm yet to get a helmet manufacturer that has a helmet larget than a 65cm
  4. Lekkers, Crux can we place our frame size order swith you so you can order them and include them as part of our 2008 tCS club fees ???
  5. Nice
  6. Hmmmmm,I have my second set of Conti's Force/Attack on my bike. The first set was extremely grippy and I got allot of milage from it and thus from a racing tyre.....not bad..... The second set I still have on I'm not so lucky how ever......looks like they change the compund....much softer.....but still a excellent tyre as far as it's grip levels.......In the wet it's GREAT TO

  11. Yip, and Bontraugers backup is as solid as Trek is a bike factory............which counts in their favour as these guys have the same backup in Sa. Broke a spoke on a set of XXX lites...being the second owner......They replaced the whole wheel no questions asked. They said it's very simply.....the wheel should not do it........ Try to get the local Zipp agents to do that..........I'm pretty sure they won't
  12. I think the main thing couting for and against Bontrauger is the fact that it's a Trek product...........and not a stand alone as Zipp
  13. Bontrauger..................for one simple reason...................they have the best aftersales service ever in Sa. Zipps, great wheel but if you need backup your going to battle as the agents don't quiet know what they are doing..........
  14. Sheldon.........if you can comile a list of wat you need so we can work from that.........i.e. tick off who covers what
