Ok, obviously you have made up your mind about buying a Giro........nice helmet and very comfy as I have one..... The biggest thing you need to make sure off before your final decision however is that the helmet fits your head's profile..... As for the price.......as far as I know they have a standard type pricing so you won't really get a better price at any shop accept at someone like Cajees which buys HUGE quantities. Hope it helps

Hey boys and girls Yip, this is quiet a bad. We went cycling a couple of weeks back and ran into a swarm of bees.................Not very pleasant.....and them cycling clothes don't offer no protection. Lucky non of us got stung !!!!!!! But what can you do accept playing dodgems with them bees

Spinning is a defianate must................... the enviroment is controlled in which you spin compared to the road so you can concentrate a great deal more on your technique.......................getting a even roll with pushing and pulling. All major cycling coaches advise that indoor spinning on a resistance type roller is crucial for training

Yip, general rule of thumb we use is to change your chain every 3000km.....this way you replace the chain before it chows your casette and you need to replace both..... So far this has worked perfect for us since I started doing it this way

Yip, I have Dura Ace on my bike and can confirm that certain items on the group set indeed does wear out faster that my previous Ultegra.........specific to the chain/cassette....... Buddy o fmine works for the distrubutors and have advised that I "upgrade" these itmes to Ultegra which I did in due coarse....... Thing is it's only the top "sponsered" guys using Dura Ace who don't need to worry about cost.....and as you know the difference in price on parts between the two series of Shimano is substancial.

I dont' know about you all..........but things are starting to get out of hand..........ons of these days it's going to be like Beirut trying to be on a bike didging all the freaking cars trying to take us out............. All I know is that we're protected by law so what ever and who ever tries to take us out will get proscecuted....and if proven to be malicious it will be just as good as a hit and run........ I know and pray that no one on a bike ever be in such a situation...........So please,please look out for these guys
