Had the same problem on my new shoes. I am no guru but what worked for me was, Yes determine the ball of your foot and mark on shoe Go for a ride. While rideding lift your toes and feel where the presure is while pedeling. Abjust till you feel the pressure on the ball of your foot. Like I said no guru but my toes went numb and since Ive done this no prob.

Hi Jack on. Driving past Groenkloof nature reserve, I've seen a few cyclist training or just having a fun ride inside the reserve. Has anyone got some information where to enter the reserve, can one use a Hybrid (dont have a mountain bike), how long is the route, cost ???? My wife and I would like to do some training whilst the son is playing cricket at Groenkloof campus. Bye Jack

I went for my training ride this morning at 6:00 and had 2 cars nearly taking me out The first old toppie must have been on his way home after a night at the Casino. He skipped a red robot and nearly took me out as I was crossing. The second guy comming from the front turned right and did not even bother to stop. I had to slam on the brakes to avoid a collision. I've done 2 deals with hubbers. Bought pedals, did eft payment, pedals sent to me by courier. Bought my Giant tcr zero from a fellow hubber. Went to look at the bike, did a eft on the spot and am still enjoying it after many km's
