  1. Maybe your cleat position on the shoe?
  2. So if my nose is congested up to the point where I can't even get any sleep, but my hr is still fine, can I then keep on doing low intensity riding. My body feels like it's ready to ride an ultra marathon. Just my nose and my sore throat at night.
  3. You ask what times they do in the same races that you did, or as you said
  4. I would think so yes. You should be able to find 8 speed rear and shifters on the hub for not too much
  5. AT the front, I'd say yes. Not at the rear as the spacing is different.
  6. I always try to look out for motorcyclists in my blindspot, but in fast moving traffic you can't always check your blindspot for too long as traffic can suddenly stop in front of you. @Flemish Lion, I think they have halfway adopted the lane splitting between fast lane and second fast lane. That's where I'm more alert for them passing
  7. Hi Reden, wasn't trying to ditch your diet or anything, but protein is a vital part in your diet and because we are active, we need even more of it. A diet should not just be about losing weight, but also being healthy and STAYING healthy.
  8. You definitely need more protein in that diet. A can of tuna at lunch won't hurt you, or even a whey protein shake. They're about 400kj per serving and can easily give 20-25g of protein. Also, veggies and fruits are pure carbs. Just different style of carb. Protein are lower in kj than carbs and fats, but takes more energy to burn off. SOme more tips: Eat spicy and hot food - They raise your core's temperature and you burn kj's trying to cool down again. Read labels: We have two low fat yogurts in the fridge right now. One has 420kj per 100g and the other 240kj per 100g
  9. Hotness doesn't even describe this. Check that paint lines along the integrated seatpost, not even mentioning the seat- and chainstay and internal cabling
  10. I recently bought the lizard headset covers from crc, and it's a really tight fit around my carbon frame. Feels like it will restrict my steering, so just a headsup. Haven't taken a test ride though
  11. have you searched the hub? Dozens of guys have already asked this
  12. I'm still bumped about the weighed index. Did the ofm classic with a non cycling buddy and now my seeding is all screwed up
  13. Hi Kieran. What time does your morning end? Maybe I could squeeze in an early lunchtime ride on some days
  14. Die F1 bike. That's the aerodynamic one? Of hoe
  15. Here's some concepts, porn and technology. Obviously some guys will think that some of the bikes on this thread is fugly.
  16. Dankie. Het nou net zoot compression pants gekoop teen 'n moerse bedrag, so zipps moet bietjie wag
  17. So what zipps would compare to my campag euro's? Don't think I'd replace my current wheels, but maybe I'll look at some deep sections at one stage.
  18. was more refering to the campag. Damn these wheels are sexy
  19. But, how would the american wheels look on my cervelo with campag? Will this be a breach of euro roadie code.
  20. Ok, aside from the shear sexyness
  21. What makes zipp wheels so special?
  22. What if u use those gold grease paste stuff. DOn't know the name, but found some on the threads of my bb cups. U use it to fasten allu, so that it doesn't get stuck
  23. Seems like there is this BBB thing, so it should work best
  24. It's an increased corrosion. Google should be able to give a better answer, but when you electrically join two different metals, ions or something will move from the anode to the cathode(one metal to the other) under the presence of an electrolyte. Think of the lemon battery principle. End result - The one metal or both will corode, where as otherwise neither of them would corrode on their own.
