You're all just jeolous, cause you don't have the guns to show off whith sleeveless. I run with sleeveless and my tri-top is sleeveless.
  6. Wanted to do that with my blackberry, but thought it would be a good target for potensial thieves on-route
  7. Do a search on ebay for cellphone handlebar mounts. Or, get a beltclip cellphone holder spesific to your phone and get busy with superglue and cable ties.
  8. They look really nice bro. Did you mean for the "ASSAULT" to fade that much at the end and not a gradual fade.
  9. I wouldn't say you need a hydration pack just yet if you're on budget. Do you have cycling shoes, helmet, gloves. If you don't I'd rather spend the money on that.
  10. Sho. Can't the rear triangle or something be replaced??
  11. Won't be able to commit now, but if I'm free that weekend, then why not. I've got a baseball bat lying at home, so I'll be there with at least one item.
  12. When will we see full carbon brakes?
  13. I used to ride alone in that parts above coetzenburg and in the woods towards somerset. SOme awesome trails there. The second pic is where I fell and broke both arms on my first stellenbosch ride. Had been riding mtb for a month. Good times. Now I have to pay R25 to go and ride at groenkloof and there's not even some nice looking stellies students going for a hike. eish
  14. It's over. Andy wins the stage, but wins no time over AC
  15. Can't wait for this. Came in 3hours earlier this morning so that i can leave work early and go and watch the showdown on HD
  16. bmw. I couldn't believe it and it was the last service before the 100000km mark.
  17. You pay to get the warranty transfered. I found out the hard way. Bought a car in May and took for a service the other day. They told me the warranty is not in my name and it will cost me R1000 to transfer warranty.
  18. haven't had the problem and I have switched to much shorter bars and have cut my ESI grips in half
  19. Always do a search before asking "which is better..." or guys will start gathering popcorn.
  20. You can ask the roadies as well. Look at tommorow's climb of the tdf. I was a casual smoker for a while, but stopped because I found it difficult to breath while running and riding bike. In short, yes you can still climb mountains.
  21. There's science behind compression clothing. It won't pass. Cathmtb, I'm from irene.
  22. no no no Ah what the heck: Gripshift x.0 its the best. It's light, not expensive, super easy to setup and looks the part.
  23. Yes, the key is to start with low intensity sessions untill you're fully recovered. I woke up this morning feeling sick, so will only be doing some low intensity sessions and now strengthtraining untill I feel better.
  24. No problem. Have a look and if you don't come right you can come by. Here's the procedure: (Cable only attach to fd at point 4) 1. Attach fd to frame at a hight so that the bottom of the outer plate is about 1mm above the largest chainring. 2. For lower limit screw: Put chain on biggest cog at the back and smallest chainring up front. Turn crank and adjust lower limit screw so that the chain doesn't rub against inner plate, but be as close as possible. 3. For high limit screw: Put chain on smallest cog at the back and largest chainring up front. Press the fd with you hand as far as possible outwards and turn the crank. Now you adjust the limit screw so that the outer fd plate is as close as possible to the chain, but doesn't rub against it. 4. Let go of fd and put chain in smallest chainring. Now turn the cable adjust screw at the shifter all the way in and then one full turn out/anti clockwise. Shift to gear 1 on the indicater and after this attach the cable to the fd. Hope this is clear enough
  25. Where in centurion are you? If you're still having problems, I could try to help you. I'm in irene
