Fortunately you went into the op fit, which helps speed up the recovery. Build your core again, and as long as there are no aches and pains in the process I’m guessing you're good to go. Personally, I would avoid doing things which may jolt your back. Your body will let you know if it is not happy!

Did a couple of road rides on my MTB, generally finished with an average of approximately 26 kmh. Got myself a roadie, participated in two events so far and finished with average speeds of app 32-33kmh. So, in my case a nice noticeable difference ????. Better gears, low rolling resistance help keep with the bunch.

Contact lenses! Prescription sunnies effective when needed, but what about the earlier starts when not needed? Contacts work with any sunglasses. But, this is just my biased opinion!

All my orders though Evans have only had the option of DHL and all been delivered within 3 to 4 days of ordering, brilliant! The last time I ordered, one item was not in stock and was then sent separately a few days later, but via Royal Mail (not by my choice), no tracking number, and still no parcel. I emailed them on Sunday, they said oops must be last in transit and promptly despatched another, using Royal frigging Mail again! Hope it arrives this time.

As above, held up in customs! One parcel using Parcelforce and another using Royal Mail, and don't bother expecting jhb international mail centre to respond to an email or answer the phone......driving me nuts!!

I must be one if the lucky ones! Simply took off my existing 143mm phenom, and replaced it with a 155mm power pro keeping the rear of the power pro in the same position as that of the phenom, leveled out the nose and went for a pain free 2 & 1/2 hour ride this morning. I did take along an Allen key to make some road/trail side adjustments, but alas, none required. So far, so good.

@dirtypot & Grease_Monkey.....if it was the saddle advertised by a "Giorgio", he rolled the sale over to me after the initial deal never materialized......I enquired Tuesday morning and he confirmed the availability thereof Tuesday evening. PS received the saddle today, which is in perfect condition

Been in the unfortunate position of having had three back ops to alleviate pain resultant from herniated discs pinching the sciatic nerve, basically rendering one useless with leg pain. After the 3rd op I decided to try the cycling thing, knowing I had a crappy back I got myself measured to ensure I bought the right size, and once bought, had it all set up to suite......have not had any back pain, R600 well spent

Had one if those slow irritating tumbles, after the fact I noticed that my helmet took a hard enough knock to leave it cracked! I believe it saved my head from a bruising
