  1. It's for contessa it's the women's version. Mostly only wider saddle and narrower bar and obviously different colours.
  2. Who ever designed this has no switch backs on their trails 🤣
  3. In a smaller size it would look better.
  4. I have used Cyclelab/CWC a couple of times always great service 👌🏻 best of all no effort just drop off and they take care of everything.
  5. O okay we were there just after 7h so a buddy asked and they brought us the forms, we filled it in the line and there was only about 4 people in front of us.
  6. Maybe you just caught it at a bad time, we did late entry plus all the extra payments and it went quick. Bearley had time to scribble my details on the page.
  7. Awesome event can't call it a race because shortly after the start we found a water point with brannas. 3 of those water points later and it was fun. Jy kan mos sien hoe rooi is my gesig en daar was nie son 🤣😂 It's been a long time since I laughed so much on a ride, my boet did his own stunts for entrainment. Best one was the disappearing into the bush with bike and all and it closing behind him like a curtain 😂🤣
  8. Lelikste deel van die bike is die prys 👀
  9. There's just to many factors to put a time frame on a helmet. Some people ride every day some ride once a month. Some people clean the helmet before they put it away, some people can find their helmet in the dark.
  10. Your drive trains lifespan all depends on how you treat it. If you keep it clean and replace the chains at the right time you will get 1000's of km's out of any of those 3 groupsets. I'm running XT 12 cassette and chain I'm very happy with it and my boets running full nx 12 for more than a year and he is super happy with it.
  11. Sorry my mistake it's a 27.2 - 31.6
  12. 4pot stoppie stoppies 😁 for when I run out of talent.
  13. I am pretty sure I have somewhere in a box. In which area are you?
  14. Gorilla in the mist. Weather was lekker, not to cold no wind and with the mist hiding the hills so you couldn't see how much you are going to suffer still 😁
  15. Gravel bike is something you get when you have 💩 trails 😂 or as a second or third bike.
  16. True the fat tyres do make a difference but my bike is still comfortable with 42c gravel tyres on. On the old stiff frames they would sell you a kidney belt with those gravel tyres. 🤣
  17. Oooh ja ja 👌🏻 anybody have a 34t silver speedring for a tester 😂
  18. Yes but you have lots of power for me only pushing 20w I feel even just changing tyres 😂
  19. Unfortunately I'm in Cape town. Here's some pics in gravel, marathon and trail form 😂
  20. To my new rubber, may you miss all nails, glass, sharp rocks and only need replacing when bold or because I want to. 🤞🏻
  21. I've had dual's from most brands from light weight xc to enduro and I do see the appeal. Now I have not been on one that does not suck up some power going up and down instead of forward. Yes you can lock the suspension but what's the point of it then. Sold all and built my HT the way I wanted it and happier than a pig in 💩. The people against HTs still had a old HT that rattled jou stopsels los. The new HTs have great comfort and the new geometry is so capable. In which area are you? Maybe we can arrange a lekker test ride then you can decide before dropping money.
  22. I was thinking the opposite of this 😂 I'm 18 with 22 years of experience Weight more than the moon according to this forum and need to stop eating. 175cm Medium bike size UK 10 shoe size Very special according to my wife and mom 😜
  23. Or a Fuel EX with I think 8 or 10 pivot bearings. I would like to see where Rob gets good quality ss bearings at R40 a pop.
  24. That's why I returned to HT, I can replace my cassette, chain and every bearing and do the shock for less 😁
  25. The Titan cypher. I'll be first to admit when Titan started with "hi-end" bikes I said who wants to spend "real" money on a Titan. But as time passes and prices skyrocketed the Titan's value for money is unbeatable and having a brand actually interact with people has completely changed my mind.
