  7. They are? Sounds cool, hopefully they might get an MTB wheelset out of Zipp, that would be pretty sweet. Zipp's 2008 range how ever has already been established so it might only be a 2009 take over. Here's Zipp's 08 range, http://www.cyclingnews.com/tech/2007/shows/eurobike07/?id=results/eurobike072
  8. I use muc off chain cleaner. Directons: > Spray on chain and cassette while turning crank arm. > Leave for 2 minutes. > Spray down then lube. Total time taken 4 minutes.

  11. That scott is Thomas Frischkenet's (think I got that right), those wheels are not OEM, Ltd for the Scott team.
  12. Contact Manny on info@sportsdirect.co.za. He got me some fo 320 bucks. May take some time to reply cause I think he is in Europe on business.
  13. I have a Reba Race on one of my bikes, light, stiff and sturdy. Very plush and well priced too. Maverick Forks are very nice too, the SC32 is the same weight as the Reba race at +- 1.6. Quite pricey though as you have to then buy the Maverick hub which costs +- R900.00, the SC32 is about 7k, so, you are looking at about 8.5 to 9k with the wheel rebuild and new spokes
  14. I have just done that to my brothers rp23. I just use a towel a brute force, same thing really, just regrease put back together ride, easiest thing in the world.
  15. try let all the air out of it, you should be safe doing so but as a precaution hi behind something and poke a stick into the valve.
  16. After a one month lay off, (hit a taxi), I have been the go ahead to start training again. Before my collision I was doing 3x 20 min efforts at 95% MHR, 5-10 min breaks, then 2 hour recovery. Did this Mon, (If no race sunday), Wed and Fri. Tues and Thurs were 2 recovery rides. How should I get back into my training, 2 weeks of level2/ endurance work then back into the intervals? Any Ideas?

  18. You mean ones feeling rich
  19. At the price it retails for, it damn well ought to be. A beauty, that is.
  20. I was able to bare waxing my calves and quads, however, when it came to my hamstrings I said alot of very rude words, screamed bloody murder and nearly burst into tears. Come to think of it is one supposed to wax their hamstrings. I will stick to shaving.
  21. Get the HT, cheaper, less to go wrong, more efficient on the climbs, lighter, etc. As far the epic goes well........ Team Raleigh rode HT's during this years ride and came 7th I think.
  22. 37, not bad seeing I have been off the bike for 3 weeks and have had flu.
  23. I agree with spinnekop, something like an RM6 would be perfect. If you are dead set on a full sus then check out the anthem 1 laides, retails for +- 17500. nice spec and comes with a sweet looking white fox f80rl fork.
