don't try take it out if the housing is carbon. On the adaptor instructions it says it's removable in in aluminium frame, but not carbon.. Once in it must stay in. BB30 is not that great anyway!! Leave it

Why are there so many knuckleheads on this planet (or should i say in the western world) that dont understand the true benefits of bicycles?? My bike is not an essential mode of transport for me, its a fitness , racing, enjoyment luxury, BUT if our towns and cities offered a safe cycling infrastructure, then it would be my primary transport means... I get a kick out of the fact that you can go 100km's on banana and bottle of water... beautiful!!!

makes perfect sence to me..... love it.... only downfall could be when you need to get throught the cassette fast...ie. down a steep dip, then need to get into an easy gear quickly to climb the other side? on 2 x 10 you just drop off the big chainring.
