    Went to one once, i think it was in randburg . There were about 10 people including terry Payne. Average age was 236. I never made another meeting.

    I have been once in 2014. Luckily it was the biggest Victory they have ever had. Saints beat Sunderland 8-0!!!

    I just stumbled onto this thread . Didn't know it existed . I've been a saints fan for 40 years since 1980 with Keegan Shannon shiilton , Watson Happy That my Ally in the more hostile thread is a saint. And no matter what happens our blood is red n white. Inge is a beast

    Has anyone used a Dissector up front? I just got one 29 2.4 WT. Looks like it would be awesome upfront and its pretty low weight? Measures approx 875g! Need to swop the rubber off my brilliant XR4 Bontangers. They finally after 2 years starting to wear. I wouldve got another set as they really were suprisingly brilliant in most conditions. I ride all The WC trails and with all the climbing we do i want a strong tire that can climb well and deal with all the rocks etc . The DHF was a bit heavy for my liking so got the Dissector. I see its designed as a rear but anyone here ever ran one upfront?

    Look im no expert. Im not sure if you over-pronate or you nuetral or under pronate which is not as common. Easy to tell if you show me a picture of the tread of your current shoe. Basically if you over pronate your ankle rolls inwards. Or google pronation to see what type of pronator you are. So if you like me and you have a tendency to over pronate you will require a stability shoe. Not all brands make them i find Nike is for neutral runners, the best stability shoe for me is Asics but New Balance have good shoes for stability as well as brooks. Furthremore if you running road its not a good idea to run in trail shoes, it could damage your knees and ankles. Hope this helps and im sure otehrs on this thread know a lot more than me . Other help could be getting insoles to help with th erolling. Its just a pice of rubber that sits in the side of the shoe to stop the foot pronating, but stability shoes will negate that. The chart should help.

    Do you train in stability shoes. I am a serial over pronator and used to roll my ankles often. But after starting using Asics Gt 2000 about 15 years back i dont have issues anymore. When its time to replace shoes i just walk into any store and get that years model. I dont bother looking at other shoes anymore.

    I have the 2018 fuel ex 9.8 and its 13.4kg with pedals and sealant. Look i just posted the weights as i was asked where i got the numbers from. As we know modern day bikes are actually heavier but ride lighter if that makes sense. But it all depends on set up. Is it set up for XC or Trail/enduro.

    Guy Ritchie is my man I would say Snatch is probably in my top 5 of all Time Lock Stock also Brilliant The Real RocknRolla also classic maybe not as good as the above but still great The Gentlemen was brilliant best movie ive seen this year.
