  6. 1750m of climbing over 57km seems like some serious effort!! anyone done this before and care to comment?
  7. Nino rides scott, Burry rides Spez. I would still buy the cannondale though, no reason other than my own personal taste. but honestly the cannondale and stumpy are serious looking racing machines. i just think that the groupset on the dale is better. just make sure you get a decent braking system, if not see if you can negotiate to pay the difference and upgrade to good brakes.

  10. Nee dit was nie, molehill was die bliksem in die middel. Ekt a max grade van 28% gemeet op my Garmin maar die avg vir molehill was so +- 20 - 23% wat donners styl is + klipperig ook.
  11. Shot, and then when should i take them? Beforehand or only when i start cramping which is too late imo Any directions on usage?

  13. Yep, drank enough, took energy bar + 32GI chews. I have so far cramped on every single race this yr, its seriously messing with me che Ive had a bike setup done, drink cramp block take in fluids ect ect. Bought a packet of magnesium chloride this morn (similar to slowmag) and gonna pop that for the rest of the week to see how this coming weekend's race goes (trying to identify whether i have a mineral deficiency). Its definitely the race intensity which is prob much higher than my training intensity. But right now im just busy building base, seems i need to up the tempo on my training as well
  14. So at least i finished in the top 50% with 3:19 (my garmin showed 3:15) but i reckon if i can stop my cramping i can do sub 3 next time which was my initial target. now just to figure out how to stop myself from cramping, usn cramp block didnt help...
  15. +1 - I didnt see anyone riding up molehill. Very enjoyable fast race, except for the hill....
  16. But total ascent as per the site is 1000m which doenst sound that bad, or am i missing something?

  18. Anyone done this one before? It's this weekend in Caledon. 60 km with approx 1000 m of climbing. Any single track or something exciting?
