what i seem to think that once powering down the chain goes loose & crabs onto the loop on the tensioner .

i looked at the scott above my post & it seems the rider has taken that loop off i was also thinking about maybe shorting the chain some more !!!!!

Check your chain alignment, it is probably off slightly even though it looks good by eye and if needs be shorten the chain

For well-priced rigid forks in carbon or alloy visit www.carboncycles.cc

http://www.carboncycles.cc/images/products/500x400/CC-F0365.gif

Some info on theses forks, as have also been looking at them for my current 26er SS, so emailed them a week or so ago, but eventually went with the On One fork

Hi,

Thank you for your message.

The lengths are as follows

CC-F0325 - axxle to crown 425mm, axle to under side of crown 400mm, designed to replace a 3" travel fork with 26" wheel

CC-F0345 - axxle to crown 450mm, axle to under side of crown 425mm, designed to replace a 4" travel fork with 26" wheel

Choose the length to suit the geometry you prefer.

Price from United States US $ to South Africa

Grand Total: USD 224.98 inclusive of shipping

Thanx JC...can't wait to take her out

I'm away this weekend but on Sundays there is a group of us SS that ride the spruit at 8. It's more of a chilled fun ride as we all rack up the miles on Saturdays. You welcome to join us. Pm me for details.

WHAT DOES THE FRAME COST

WHAT DOES THE FRAME COST

In Rands, about R50000000K by now!!!!

Otherwise GBP399, not bad for carbon.

It has exchangeable dropouts so you can run SS or geared.
