Very big eye opener to see the type of XC course. Pretty sure there won't be complaints about it being too easy. I'll be happy to do that rock garden on my trailbike, but hate even thinking about doing it on a twitchy lightweight piece of racing plastic. No wonder every second one of the pictures show muddy knees, from involuntary dismounts, I suppose.

The breaking with middle fingers are quite interesting. Haven't seen that before.

maybe it's to stop her from braking too hard. Wuss out = cracked index finger.. I think that's fair.. :P

jokes aside, it is quite unusual, and well spotted :)

WTF? Where's their camelbags and helmit peeks?

It's not mountain biking, it's offroad riding. The mountain biking was on the Sunday.

kinda true, if you take out the rock gardens the track (looked on TV) to be pavement smooth like all the other over-prepared world cup XCO tracks.....

I saw that Fumic's 29er lefty on had 70mm travel.....

Its basically like a criterium race for MTB's....I personally wouldve loved to see a race of 100km+ in our awesome farms where proper MTBiking happens....

Hell yeah. :D I found another photo of him that was taken for a magazine. But I would rather not post it here as he is butt naked.

Not my pic but worth posting because Tracy was def. gal of the day! It was her 30th b-day as well, and she did gr8 guns at the Epic (followed her blog), she is a great sportsperson and always a smile & a laff. Big Up Champ!
