Yeah. Sagrada Familia. Still hasn't been finished after 300 years or so. The amount of detail in the reliefs and porticoes is actually awe inspiring.

 

Was my favourite building in Spain without a doubt. Close second was the block of flats in Barcelona central

I spent 10 days in Barcelona during mid 2006, went to The Segrada every afternoon on the blue or red bus, can't remember, paid for entry and watched the guys work as i wondered through.

 

Gaudi influences in the city was awesome like you say...remains my favourite 'city' in the world...also the place in Spain where NOT to eat paella!
