There is no way the chain could have rusted from anything other than high humidity...We all know how humid the UAE is this time of year! He said he lubricated the chain but he didn't say what with. If he had used a cup of HCl that he had lying around, it would definitely result in chain stretch!! Seriously though should they even be allowed to ride? Edit: RR must be short for Rear Railer...
