No, I'm referring to the bum cream thing. I just can't look at an XC bike the same anymore. http://circlecitybicycles.com/cbutter.htm

Ha ha! Ja, I know you were talking about the bum cream, but I gotto tell ya, if it wasn't for that stuff, I probably wouldn't have had a bum left after doing the Epic last year. But ok, having said that, bum cream doesn't come within a 10 meter radius of my Troy Lee baggies!

hahaha it obviously stems from teh old school days of DH - these pics are of me racing NATIONAL DH at Paarl in 1995!

1inch front travel, plastic brakes, skater knee guards, lycra leggings, and romo pot helmet! Gotta Love it ... oh and that is a young Pat Morewood standing on the side in the first pic in the Jowetts shirt! With Paul Walton (Fabian Barels mechanic) sitting on the haybale

BRILLIANT!!!

I love it man, those pix bring back so many memories of those days. The 'bull bar' bar ends, that helmet. MTB was a baaaaad looking game back then. I'd love to go back in time and pin some of those downhills again on my new bike.

Real men don't cream their bums. Would Chuck cream his bum? Would Rambo cream his bum?

thanks! Not my best jump work, but I liked the way the photographer (Peach) got some "magazine" pics.

Here's what I replaced that Yeti with:

(Morewood Ndiza 4X bike. I still have a Morewood Izimu for DH but the Ndiza is so much fun that the Izimu is my 'lend-to-a-friend' bike now, )

That is very sexy!

It took me about 10 minutes before I noticed there was a girl holding the bike up.

Thanks man. It's a GT Sanction (similar to the Force but with reinforced gussetting and slacker head angle). The fork is a Maverick DUC32.

Unfortunately was not me.

Upgraded my Tracer this weekend with a Fox 36. Notably stiffer than the Revelation I had on previously.

Ps: sorry for the high saddle height in the pic! I had to cycle back home from Majik forest and it's kinda difficult going uphill when you're knees are around your ears...
