She gives lunch time spinning classes class at VA Wed and sometimes other days as well and if she's not giving class she's spinning on her own.. To give you an idea how tough she is, Wed after the Epic she was back giving class.

I doubt she will go full time pro though.

Well take at least one or two rest days during the week.

Managed fine with about two hours each day and then longish rides on the weekends.

Yup. We did it with 1 hour a day (Monday to Thursday) and then 5 hour rides on Sat and Sunday. So ja, it can be done without spending 20 or more hours/week on the bike.

As mentioned, Theresa takes the 1:10pm spinning classes at the Randburg Virgin active on Thurdays. Sometimes Weds as well. They're the best classes of the week.

Believe me when I tell you that you will leave that class absolutely stuffed. She has no mercy !!!!! but really is a fantastic, very humble chick person.

Did you see her on SS last week - can't recall the race, but she almost won overall and said afterwards she would have attacked had she realised the oak she caught was leading. The dude kukked himself when he saw her on his tail :w00t:

It was the magalies monster...imo one of the toughest races. Everyone except the winner got "chicked" that day.

This sounds a bit like how Jeremy Clarkson introduces The Stig

Some say she does the same training routine/routes as the guys who do The Roof of Africa Rally...
