I just find it pretty hilarious seeing images of people throwing (medicine?) balls against a wall next to each other. Sure it's a good work out but looks pretty daft. Seems to be the new in thing though. Just looking at some of the weights some of the ladies deadlift I'm wondering if there aren't a lot of people getting injured with Crossfit?

 

I'm lazy to go to the gym, even though we have one where I stay. I can recommend the book by "Fast" Eddie Lambert called "Be your own personal trainer". Contains different levels of exercises for everything from swiss balls to therabands. With pre-planned workouts as well. Perfect for core/strength/plyometric sessions for endurance sports.
