When I first saw the title, I thought it said "Set to lose TDF titties". That would be a shame... those TDF ladies are hot

I wonder if USADA will take Big George's away now that he admitted doping?

Hopefully not with beer...

Hell no. Guinness and I have swapped vows and have pledged to be faithful to each other for life.

I'm guessing he's less stressed about niever winning Proubaix now. Probably would have lost it if he did...

Leipheimer, Vande Velde, Zabriskie, Danielson, Barry and Hincapie suspended for six months

So USADA want Lance banned for life from everything and stripped of his titles but his team mates get 6 months?

I'm no fanboy but c'mon - 6 months for the others but life fukt proper for Lance? What was that word again? Ah yes. Witch hunyt. A rather specific with hunt in my opinion.

Eldron

I had the opportunity of reading both the report and the affidavits since they were released last night and it is expressly stated that LA was offered the same deal as the others for participating in the investigation but chose not take it.

I think it is a pity, because i found big George's statement very insightful and LA could have received the same (personal) absolution and slap on the wrist.

I'll try and find the specific reference and publish it.

In Jo'Burg you will find Stella on tap

So much better than any argument.

Ah, but not as good as an argument AFTER a few Stellas...........

Thanks but no worries - I'm over it now :-)

Ultimately I guess 6 months or life doesn't matter. Everyone gets to go home to their ill gotten gains and it's like nothing happened. They enjoyed the winning, the podium experience, the high life, the cash etc. So some record books were rewritten - who cares?

Business as usual. Lance even gets to rock the Speedo at non sanctioned tri events.

I think Gummibear as well now

Everytime I see a post by gummi, I check twice that it wasn't my post. Very disconcerting.

I think history will judge Frank and Betsy as heroes in this, just shows how hard ti was to speak out.

Not really,

Why did Frank only fess up to doping once his time was done, why did he even dope in the 1st place. When did Betsy know her husband was a doper, surely as he has claimed he doped for lengthy time she should have known and why then did she keep quiet.

Sorry okies, I dont have the time to read through 108 pages of this BUT:

doesn't Lance have to pay back the money he won?

how is Lance accountable for the lives he's ruined through this? By this I mean, what about the guys who didn't win because he cheated...their life path was altered by his actions. They could have lost sponsorships, edorsements etc.
