Haha... Black PYGA with green decals & wheels... Not too sure how many okes I was passing but could've been me.

Yes Spar, that was me. We did OK. I still had the flu (at least that's my excuse...) We came 32nd but I struggled a bit. My doctor kakked me out yesterday.

No, I'm still under the weather. That route will be pretty gnarly with all the washaways. I did it once and the bike took a hiding. Lots of trash, pieces of metal, thick sand etc on the outskirts of Durban.

They've made it a loop this year due to all the rain, so we sticking around the dam.

When people refer to a "short" stem for a Pyga, what is short? I have a 90, and while I'm always up to try something different, I can't find too many stems shorter than 80.

 

What are others using and why..?

Thompson does all the way down to 50mm,

 

CWC have a cheapie at 70mm.

hehehe, looks like it is drying up that size, the mud is not dripping anymore.

Haven't ridden the machine for a while. Took her out on a night ride last night...

Such a nice bike, looks wet where you live!

It has raining non stop for weeks now. One day of sun here and there just doesn't get to dry things out. As awesme said, she's clean compared to some previous rides - we've had two days of no rain WHOOP. Been riding the SS flat out as she's easier to clean.

 

It does make for really fun, unpredictable riding though clap.gif .

Watched SuperCycling last night (was PVR'ed), ohh can't wait to take mine down that Green Corridor at some point.
