White lightening clean ride. The blue bottle

R&R beats it by miles. White Lightning may work in dry conditions, but if there's water even in the general area where you're riding, expect your chain to start squeaking.

With R&R gold I only need to relube once a week or so, as opposed to 3x a ride.

Sorry, no service bottles. Only the standard/small ones in Blue and Gold.

question what is the different between the blue and the gold?

Bought 2 bottles of Rock & Roll (the red one) at Cycle Lab, Tygervalley yesterday. There was still one left on the shelf ;)

Red is for dry conditions, blue is for wet and dry conditions. I stick to the blue one on my MTB regardless of the conditions

Where in Cape Town can one purchase this lube? Been to Geco, Cyclelab (CT), REvolution Cycles, CWC, Bowmans, but no one has.

Cycle Lab sells it.

I have seen it at quite a few shops, can't remember all of them but I have bought it previously at Tool-up cycles and Torqzone in Centurion.  And I am sure I have seen it at Summit Cycles, and Solomons Woodmead as well
