Bling / Funky Accessories

I was wondering how everyone "blings" their bikes? And where do you get the "bling"?

Do you buy the latest anodised crank?

Do you find colourful lights to add to wheels /frame?

Do you attach flowers or bells?

How do you prep your bike for a "costume party"?

Needing some inspiration for something out of the ordinary ;)

Never attach flowers or bells... unless you are a commuter....

There fixed....

Electra and solid brass bells excluded of course...

Hope provides most of the bling bike bits like anodised hubs, headset spacers, seatpost clamps, bar end plugs etc. Their brakes can also be colour co-ordinated. Even my dropper KS seatpost is colour coded. ESI grips available is most colours...

Then there is a multitude of led type lights for the wheels, frame etc. our daughter even had a large stuffed animal - snake/worm type thing wrapped around the top tube o her fixie at the last Critical Mass. It literally takes hours to get the bikes prepped for that jol.

I thought a pair of BlouBulle nuts would be a nice touch. :D

Bling only empties the wallet faster - does nothing for the legs.

Then again - I have one of divernick's headset caps - a special one.
