After last nights Barracuda steaks and a Cape Malay Prawn Curry stuck to Neaput Butter samies for lunch

having to deal with sinusitis, bronchitis and an ear infection:

woolies vegetable soup with barley (those in the plastic bags), two slices of low GI bread and lemon flavoured green tea

 

those soups are really good value for money and super tasty

make your own soup. much cheaper and healthier than the shop.

jip. we make a pot every two weeks or so but the wife hogs most of it for her lunches at work. the woolies option a nice fallback when we don't have any left in the freezer.

lunch bag = 2 fruits, some mixed nuts, dried fruit. Lunch is mixed beans or chickpeas salad, with soya [burger/sausage etc] and some raw veg.
