Entered the 45km for Sat, gonna k@k bricks, looking forward to the ride, but am excited to have a few knertsies, with the lads after the race, we must to a hub meet and drink.

Not that I have ever got lost at the monster though!

I was in the CycleLink kit when we were 'milling' round the mud ...... thought the route on my GPS would help but it didn't ;)

How many days do people recommend resting before the race, I trained hard this weekend then had two relaxed spinning classes this week now planning to take the rest of the week off , have I gone lazy?

NO riding at all this week . I think the S2C should have been enough of a warm-up .

THATS WHAT I THOUGHT LAST YEAR, COULD NOT GET MY LEGS TO TURN, RATHER SPIN OR GENTLE RIDE
