Came a ross this article regarding Pole bikes and their long lower slacker bikes....looks interesting. In summary, they say it is better faster downhill and easier to pedal uphill (if that is ever easier). Would like some comments on what our more technically minded hubbers have to say....is this going to be the new standard, the one bike (concept) to on the mountain bind them and rule them all (sorry had LOR in my head).

Long, low and slack makes for an awesome descendng machine. Not so awesome on the uphills though...

Haha, fair enough! But no, unfortunately not. Happened on that pic looking for ideas for a 2016 Build Project. 

 

Love those colors. Reminds me of the NS Bikes DH bike and I've been threatening to do one in those colors since forever. Maybe soon...
