Chinese Carbon Thread

Hi guys, looking for some advice.

We purchased a frame about a year ago and it is a branded S-Works frame.

Lovely ride and truly stiff as nails.

My brother however wants to sell the frame as he has other responsibilities at the moment.

Selling it as a S-works is illegal tho, what can we do?

Any advice appreciated.

PS. we know, next time we wont buy a branded frame to start with.

simple question, simple answer- it's a copy /fake. Don't pass it off as the real thing

I am looking for a recommendation on a Chinese full suspension 27,5 frame.

Has anyone bought one that they ride consistently and that they are happy with.

Areas i am interested in are really the back shock and how well it works - is there one standout frame or a knock off of a Specialized for example.

I want to build a 120mm travel XC/LT/AM rig for me to use as my primary bike and as a (possible) replacement to my Specialized dual sus 29er (which may be sold or end up in my wife's hands.

Major criteria are a bit longer travel (120mm to possibly 140mm) but something i can ride all day on XC type courses so the rear shock needs to be stabilised, Not that i expect it to be as efficient as the Specialized Epic is.

And taking in to account support, access to spares and backup, whether anyone locally brings the frame in.

The goal is to build a bit slacker rig than my XC bike and get some more travel as well. But i dont want to have the XC rig and the new rig, so one must replace the other as the go to bike.

And I have had big AM rigs (Santa Cruz Nomad and Specialized Enduro) so i dont really want to go to that level.

Alternate is to get a Specialised 29er Stumpjumper frame and be done by putting all my pieces across on to that.

Any ideas or experiences with Chinese suppliers or local guys  you can help em with.

FWIW - I have already built a CX bike using a frame from Deng Fu so very happy with that. Its just that I dont know how to translate the spec on the full suspension frames on the many sites in to build language.

A guy by the name Izak did a full write up on a build.

Search for that I think.
