Some fellas are just genetically engineered for downhill, only.

 

Pfffft. You have to be IMMENSELY fit to ride DH properly. Pin any downhill run properly (gassing out of each corner, out the saddle all the time and pumping every.single.downslope) and you'll be wheezing at the end of a single 3 minute run.

Agree! I only get a bit tired while suffering uphill and then decide to push. But DH is different all together, legs, arms everything begins to pain on a long proper DH run.. except now you cant just get off at 30km/h. Im more knackered after a DH run, compared to the effort taken to get to top.

Haha, shame you poor buggers with weight issues.

 

Maybe you need to do some more exercise on 29" XC bikes and chase those Strava times. :P
