You didn't read the thread and you are throwing yourself deeper in to the doldrums of embarrassment. Me and many on here know William, and he operates from Woodmead.The guy from the "Berg" I have never met, didn't even know that there was a Thule franchise. But you seem to believe the OP and feel the Berg dealer needs to come and justify himself ?For what, one side of the story ? Please man, understand that The Hub is not simply an avenue or an excuse for "letting it all go" when one has a bad day. In actual fact I am reporting the original post and will give just cause as to why which the Admin of this forum is welcome to read and make his own assumptions.

Here was I expecting to read that the Thule thing broke while carrying a bike down the highway at 120kmh...= Epic Failure / Disgusting While I can understand the "customers" dismay at being turned away by one Thule agent while another agent was prepared to help (after consultation with the original supplier), I would hardly call it an Epic failure or disgusting....Simple problem which was fixed without involving the OEM. doppelganger 1

Ja that is probably true, OP should edit the heading a touch.Will make some sweaty brows stop simmering on thehub aswell! The main fail though is the OP and a few other people, me included, believing that the Thule franchises represent Thule, rather they are just shops that sell Thule gear and only represent their own interests, ie we didn't personally sell it to you so we are not going to help you on behalf of Thule.
