Just waiting for the saddle to arrive, and need to get the bar tape on, and decide what I want to do as far as pedals go. And put the 16 tooth on the back so I can get the chain tension etc sorted.

Get chain tensioners.

Very nice. The clearance is not much between frame and front wheel or is only so on the foto?

That's a track bike for you... Common problem when commuting on these things is the front of ones foot touching the back of the front wheel when turning... track bikes weren't designed to steer too much...

how did i miss this thread, awesome.

whats the idea with saddle and bar tape? Matching leather?

And bingo was his name-o...

Brown Charge Spoon saddle and Brown Bike Ribbon bar tape.

If I can find brown pedal straps that grab me then I'll put those on a set of chrome/polished flat pedals.

And designing some sort of logo for the seat tube.

Yeah, the clearance is about 2-3mm if that. I'm gonna fool around at Hector Norris on it and mainly do a critical mass or 2 on it, otherwise it's an ornament for my study wall. Need to make some classy, low key wall hanging/mounting brackets for it too.

And a matching pisspot helmet.
